Problem with unlocked achievements

Hello.

Recently I was chatting with XBL support team and they sent me here to post about my problem because my issue can be resolved only by Enforcement team.

So about my problem:

I've played PAC-MAN CE DX on my Nokia Lumia 925 (WP8).

Unlocked all of the achievements and then when i'm checking in the in-game achievement list it says "Unlocked 29.05.2014" on all of the achievements.

When i'm checking list of recent activity on my Xbox 360 / games hub on my phone / XBL site - near PAC-MAN CE DX i can see only 180/200G 11/12 achievements.

But when i'm opening game card on any of the devices mentioned before i can see that all achievements have "UNLOCKED ON 29/05/2014" near them.



\\\ I've tried to reinstall game,redo all achievements, reset my phone and repeat. Nothing helped. When i'm starting game it's just download all save data and says that i've already unlocked all achievements \\\

Achievements won't unlock

I am also having the same problem with Forza Horizon 3 and Destiny Rise of Iron. I have not unlocked a single achievement apparently despite meeting the requirements for certain achievements to be unlocked.

My Phantom Breaker: Battle Grounds Achievements there are also problems

I have all the achievements unlocked

Do not know why the DLC achievements showed me not unlocked

Compare game achievements with people i can display 500

Game seen achievements unlocked 38

but the the achievements of other places to see only display 400

The date of this problem is found 2013/4/6

A Perfect Fall achievements unlocked date should be 2013/4/6

But the Xbox site and A Perfect Fall achievements unlocked 2013/4/7

After so many days still did not fix my achievements
