    Hi:

    I got Gear of War 4, and received by message on my Xbox One the codes to download the 4 other games. I redeemed successfully Gears 2 and Judgment but can't download Gears 1 and 3. Chat support told me you could help me! Thanks in advance. Problem with two codes that came with the purchase of Gears of War 4 :)

    Lost GOW4 code - how can I redeem

    I purchased an xbox one with the 500GB Gears of War Bundle back in mid-December. I just recently decided to redeem my gears of war purchase that came with the bundle, but no longer have the code (I didn't realize the purchase came with
    a code - I thought the game just came pre-installed on the console). I contacted xbox chat support and they redirected me to this forum - please help me redeem my gears of war purchase. Thank you!

    Haven't received the code for the Xbox 360 gears of war collection with the purchase of GOW 4

    How do I get the Xbox 360 gears of war collection limited time offer with the purchase of Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition?

    For Christmas, I was given a 2TB Xbox One S Limited Edition Gears of War 4 Console, which came with a downloadable code for Gears of War 4: Ultimate Edition. I redeemed code and downloaded the game. Once the game was downloaded I thought I would receive
    a download code from Xbox to get the Xbox 360 Gears of war collection before it ends on the 31st of December 2016.

    I don’t know what to do now XD

    What error message/code do you receive when you try redeeming them? Does your account region match your physical location?

    The most common issue is region issues. Those 2 games are region locked so in order to download them, your account region has to match your physical location and you have to live in a region where the games are available.

    The error you're receiving may indicate that your Xbox Live account region does not match the region you're physically located in. Be sure to post back that specific error
    so we can drill this down, but if you live in a region that differs from your account region, please migrate your Xbox Live account region to Mexico using our
    Xbox Live Account Migration Tool and let us know how it goes!
