problem with the xbox ventilation sistem

hi guys, i have a problem, my Xbox one have a rare sound in the ventilation sistem, can someone help me?

Ventilation problem

Yesterday my xbox one was working fine and nicely but today when I was moving it around it had a hard fall I checked my system and it looked ok a couple scratches here and there but later today I plugged it in and I was about to jump into overwatch but them
my system randomly turned of in the middle of opening my game I was worried for a sec but reopened it and it gave me a message talking about a ventilation problem I did everything that I was told to do in the message it kept turning off by itself I later checked
the top and it got very warm but I really do not want to send the console in unless I absolutely have to, is this a thing I can fix at home or do I send it in? Will I also lose my progress in my games if I send my xbox in I really love this system and I hope
it is not done for good please help me thank you.

Ventilation problem

my Xbox one s broke saying the ventalition is damage and I had it in one place with nothing near it.

What should I do?

The console may be having issues that need repairing. If it is not an annoying sound and not hindering the operation of the console you should probably just give it some time. It may just be an odd sound that doesn't affect the console at all. If that
is not the case you should contact support and set it up to be repaired. Contact Us | Xbox Support

May I also add, the time it takes for it to automatically turn off is inconsistent. Sometimes it takes 1 minute, others it can last an hour. This process is also GREATLY accelerated when loading games. The console lasts longer when being on an app, i.e,
Youtube.

I removed the cover an notice the cpu fan is not turning when i turned the console on. Maybe the fan is done or something is wrong with a temperture regulation sensor?

My Xbox One S is also just having the same symtoms today. After getting the overheat/ventilation warning, It will run for about 1 min with and turn off. I also tried resetting the power supply and it didn’t help. I wonder if there was some kind of update
that happened that created this problem?
