    Problem with the xbox app on windows 10


    Hello,

    When I try to install a game on xbox app I get a window with no content and it stays there (screenshot below)

    And furthermore, when I try to sign in to my gaming account I get the same window but it flashes two three times and then it disapperas.

    The already installed games work, but I can't connect to xbox live due to the sign in problem.

    I would really appreaciate your help.

    Can the Windows Store verify an existing installation of game(s) downloaded previously or from files from another computer? Similar to Steam et al

    Thanks for the reply! Unfortunately, you will need to click the install to download any digital content for PC.

    If you have a Windows 10 device, you can now use the Xbox app to connect to the Xbox Live service.
