Problem with the wireless network unit

Hello.

I cant connect to the wireless network!

When I i try to update the software, it said: Theres a problem with the wireless network unit. It has to be delivered for repair.

This must go on the garanty that lasts till november 2016.

Where and how do I do this? Please help me fast, i suspect it taking a lot of time sending and fixing in its self...

PS. Live in norway.

XBOX 360 SLIM 4GB INTERNAL WIFI ADAPTER PROBLEM

Hi,

I realise you most likely have had the problem fixed, but I just had the same problem on a one day old unit.

Unit is a Xbox 360e, internal wireless was working fine and recogniszing my network until i downloaded one of the updates.

This may sound weird, but it works!

Turn off TV and Xbox, turn on Xbox first then wait 5-10 sec before turning on the TV.

Worked straight away and logged me into my network.

I did not come up with this, i found it on youtube.

Connecting to Actiontec V1000H

Only one (my own) network with 3 bars, I can see 2 neighbors' networks but they are both at 1-2 bars.

No wireless accessories for xbox at all. No 3DTV units at all in the house. The closest wireless device is a laptop and cordless phone about 20 feet away. The laptop connects just fine to the router wirelessly.

Try this, I have had it work numerous times. Perform a hard reset EXACTLY like this. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds or until the power shuts down completely. Unplug the power cord from the back of the console for 5 minutes. Plug
the power cord back in and restart the console. Once it is back up and operational test the results. Let us know. Good Luck!!

Been having the same issues. Im getting disconnected from gta online matches and when i try and talk to friends in a party there is alot of lag in the voice chat and we eventually get disconnected. I do have an open NAT aswell.
