    hi there my name is shakha attray and i got a problem it my xbox one x as when i turn it on first thing it say problem with the update i did shut down then turn my xbox one console back on same issuse reply also i reset my wifi as well and then wait then
    i trst mh other console and the wifi was fine..

    i think it the console it self of my xbox one unable to update but i manged to log in my account only the updated need for it but you need wifi for that that the reson i cant connect to wifi on my xbox one x..

    But when i played my console of my XBOX ONE X it was working fine wirh wifi..

    you will need wifi to check the connection and get the update done on it please help me i need your help..

    I dont want to loose my game and my data on my xbox one x..

    I love my xbox one x and i dont want to give up on it as i love the games on it..

    There was a problem with the update

    Hey ShakyChaff36025! You can use a usb to
    update the console offline    , if retrying the update does not work. Post back and let me know how it goes!
