Problem with the RT button

When i tried to play PES 2016 on PC, the controller of X1, show me the RT press all the time, and when i tried to calibrate by windows tool, show me the same, the Axis Z always activate, what i can do?

Problem with RT button, was changed to other button

The RT button was amulating the LT, I press RT and in the games learn that i press LT. For example i play a shooter like SW Battlefront 2 and when i want to use the sight and shoot, the LT and RT buttons do the same, uses the sight! Any solution?

Hi

If this is on your Xbox One console please launch the Xbox Accessories and then select Configuration and then Restore Original to see if this resolves the problem for you.

Does the RT button depress firmly?

-if so try not somethings probably stuck in there Bro.

I've had it for 3 years, I actually won it through a contest and do not have a warranty. Feeling stuck!!!😥

How long have you had the controller? If it's within warranty it may be worth it to send it in.

If it's not under warranty, and you want to try to work with it yourself, you should be able to YouTube people repairing their own controllers, or taking them apart to repaint, etc. I would not do this if you're under warranty as it would void the warranty,
though.

I am having the same problem.

When I find the device in Windows and look up its properties, I can tell there's no response to the LT and RT buttons in the pre-calibration screen.

I get an indication in the graphics for right and left stick, and there is a list of numbered lights that correspond to the buttons. Every button seems to light something up except for RT and LT.

Problem with the RT button
