Problem with the profile picture(PLEASE HELP!)

Hi dear support, I made a custom profile picture and colour for my account. But when I turn on my Xbox I still got my old profile picture and It doesn't change to the new one. But when I open my
Xbox app on my phone I can see my new profile picture,but not on my Xbox. Can you help me?

Sorry for this poor translation, I tried to get at the same way of the picture.

profile pic probleme glitch

i have a glich since a week with my profile. i cant see the correct profile Pictures of anyone including my own account. I can only see the old Pictures that were given to them from the standart Pictures xbox provided, Not the current profile Picture.
I have asked all my frineds too confirm i see the old pictues please help.

 

Try removing the account from the console and then re-adding it to see if that clears it up.

 

I did,but now it all is blank. I mean it did clear it up but now it isn't like it should be. Do i have to change it again?
