    Problem with the profile! Need help !!!


    On xbox360 when i sign-in with my profile on xbox360 main screen i do not see all options. i see only home, games&apps and settings. all other options(e.g. bing, tv, music etc) are not there. Also when i search for a game e.g. PES it does not find anything.
    I deleted the profile and download it again but nothing, i deleted the profile from xbox360 I reset the password on my microsoft account and then download the profile again but still the same. I have tried to download the profile from other console and the
    same problem appered on the other console.

    If you know how to fix this please help.

    Hey guys.


    I don't know if am allowed to post help threads as I see no specific sections but I thought I needed to get help from somewhere.

    I'm getting an error when trying to download my old account. It still has xbox gold ( and gold pp901m on mw3 Problem with the profile! Need help !!! :) and i guesss Problem with the profile! Need help !!! :( ) and i need to get the account back so i can play on it again.

    This is what the error says . ( for some reason you can't dl profiles offline but you used to be able to )

    ERROR: Sorry, there's a problem with the credentials that you are using to sign in.

    Visit https:// account.live .com to fix the problem.

    I have gone to account.live and tried to sign in with my old account. but it says password is wrong ( even though the DL profiles says it's correct ) I have also gone to Can't access your account but that is no help niether is Google or Youtube.

    Please help me. Thanks.

    Yes. Simply recover your profile. That will correct the issues you are experiencing.

    Do you have both controllers turned on? With the other controller log in on the separate account. You need two controllers if you didn't know.
