    Dear Xbox community,

    Yesterday, one of my friends sent me an invite to the Xbox One Preview Program. I received a message from the Xbox Live team with instructions on how to download the special preview app.

    Here is where my problems began.

    I have two accounts on my Xbox, my main account and my brother’s. When I opened the app I pressed ’Join’ with my main profile (Gamertag: ) and the app displayed a message saying: “You’ ll get a service message on your Xbox One soon with more
    info.

    Opening the app today got the following message: "Sorry this console has already been registered to a different account". I deleted my brother's account and I reinstalled the app. I also cleared the cache of my console and still I’m getting the same message.

    Any help would be very much appreciated.

    hello yesterday my friend send me invite to Xbox one preview program, i got 2 accounts on my xbox my main account and my brother's ,yesterday when i open the preview program app i press Join with my main profile Gamertag: and it was ok,today
    when i open my console and try to open this program app it was saying : "Sorry this console has already been registered to a different account" i delete my brother's account i uninstall and install again the app i clear cache my console and still that thing
    i cant open the program and i cant use it...Please help me

    Console has already been registered under the preview program

    Here's how to remove your console from the Xbox Preview program:

    Open the Xbox Preview Dashboard app.

    Select Registration.

    Under Manage flights, select Change.

    Note If you have more than one console in the program, you can change their statuses by using Manage other consoles.

    Under Manage programs, select Remove, and then select Submit. You'll be prompted to select a reason for leaving.

    Hi I have the same problem I got invited to the preview program but when I download the app it states "Sorry, this console has already been registered to a different account."

    So I don't have any access to the preview app on my dashboard so I'm not sure how I can unregister the console?

    I tried to go into the preview forums but for me it just states that "Group Not Found"
