problem with the points returned

hello , after checking my account very well so i can decide to opt out or not ( im not interest in the microsoft rewards ) i saw that there is some problems here and i guess even some wrong information was given a couple of weeks ago to me.

i saw my payments and just counting the dollars i should have won 372 points but i won only 260 , the information you have isnt 40 for 40 dollars and the same for 45 dollars you say 1 point per dollar so 45 dollars are 45 points not 40 and so on .

i have too live gold for 12 months non stop but never won the medal for it and it looks like even my vip rank should be higher so i hope you check things very well and correct them

Was your account "hacked" or stolen? Let's start a count.

August 6th- Someone purchased 4000 Points with debit card

August 8th- Unauthorized Access Opened

August 29th- Problem with alternate email, investigation had to restart

November 2nd- Account returned, no money refunded.

had the same problem with titanfall bundle.... returned it and the second one was working

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. Microsoft Points are a part of the Microsoft Rewards program. The Microsoft Rewards program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team
via the Microsoft Rewards website. Since Gems and Perks were only created in October, it is impossible to have the 12 month Gold perk completed at the current time. As stated in the FAQ, pre-orders and game consumables are not eligible for MyVIP. We can confirm
your MyVIP rank is accurate.

There is a point of no return,complete the rulings at 121 days and the games over before you know it.

Best to milk as much before you become king/queen.

You can use pretty much any story point as a point of no return, but the more you make before you are ruler, the better.

After that you can still take time to make money between main story moments, but that's when the money you have starts making an impact, and the earlier you make cash, the better.

Buy as much property as soon as possible, that way you'll slowly make money even while just wandering around.
