    Hi

    I want to purchase the ace pack in fortnite battle royale but for some reason it keeps saying there is something wrong with payment.

    Maybe it's because the card is Israeli and my xbox is set to Canada or the opposite.

    So I tried to put my PayPal but still nothing worked.

    I would much appreciate if you help me. EVERY bit helps Problem with the payment in fortnite battle royale on xbox one :)

    Better contact official support over at Contact Us | Xbox Support

    They can check if there is something wrong in your payment details that causes this error.

    You can only purchase items in your region, so you cannot use a payment method that is not in your (account) region.

    Unfortunately it is not supported buying cross region with the Xbox One store.

    One solution would be to buy a gift card in the region you have your account set to, and then you could make the payment in game with that gift card.

    Gifting Fortnite battle pass

    Since Fortnite is a cross-platform game, there shouldn’t be a problem gifting a battlepass from your son’s account on the Xbox One to his friend on PS4. I recommend purchasing the gifted battlepass in the Fortnite game/application, and not through the Microsoft
    Store just to be safe. As long as your son and his friend meet the requirements for successful gifting shown in the link I’m attaching below, it should work fine.
