    Problem with the newest update on Xbox One(PREVIEW)


    I have the preview on my xbox one. When i was doing the last update, when the console was installing the update it got stuck in 91% and out of the blue it turned off. When i turned the xbox one on again the console got stuck on the green screen that appears
    the logo "Xbox ONE". So i tried to do that update offline, and did not worked out. I called to the support here in my country(Brazil) but they sad that to fix problems with the preview i have to ask in this forum., i tried everything already.

    I'm still having problems with this problem code "E101 00000504 8B050041". My SO version is "14393.2105.amd64fre.rs1_xbox_rel_1610.161021-1900."

    BEWARE - New Xbox Preview update BIG problem

    Hi guys,

    If you have 2 Xbox One, and having the new update from the Xbox Preview program, don't buy a game now. There is an issue, if you purchase the game on your first Xbox, you need to pay it again on your 2nd Xbox, you will not see the game on ''Ready to install'',
    and you can't do anything about that. I talked with support and they told me people got this issue with the last preview update, so i'm not the only one who got this problem.

    I tryed with 2 games, MGS5 and Rainbow Six Siege, same issue, if i buy it on my xbox with the new preview update, I can't download it on my 2nd xbox, with the regular July xbox update. And on the market, it show me the price, i need to buy it again. But
    I tested to buy a game (Layers of Fear, good game BTW) on my 2nd xbox, the one with regular update, and it worked, my first xbox with preview program got the game.

    I think and I hope Xbox will solve this problem very quickly, I lost like 4 hours by chatting to support, I was refunded on my two games, tryed factory reset.. Nothing is working, so just wait guys

    System Update Failed

    It's been more than 36 hours now since I got this problem; I'm in the Xbox One Update Preview and I have a new update to download, but when it starts it automatically fails, "there was a problem with the update" > retry > "It's time to update" > start update
    > "there was a problem with the update". I don't know what to do, already resetted the modem and Xbox.

    Xbox one won't connect to wireless

    This still is a known problem with the preview program. To reconnect please unplugg your Kinect and reconnect to your router. Then please update your console manually to the newest dashboard version as the problem is fixed with the newest update meanwhile.
    To trigger the newest update please go to settings / system and hit update console in the left pane. After updating you should be able to replug the Kinect and connect to your router again.

    But as this is a preview program issue it's strongly recommended you post your issue there, if this is not fixing it at all. Please check out this thread: forums.xbox.com/.../1858421.aspx Thxs for your understanding.
