problem with the new console

After changing my console from Xbox Series S to Series X, the game I was playing on my old console starts at the same place but immediately goes to the start screen, even though all the progress remained, I just start the game and after 10-20 seconds it freezes

After two more tries it stops starting at all, goes to the main menu for a second or two with noise on the screen and crashes or the console reboots altogether.

This happens with all the more powerful games I played on the old console

One of these games also stopped launching after this incident, even on the old console. Before reaching the menu screen, when the game progress data is being downloaded from the cloud, the game immediately crashes and returns to the home screen

Please power cycle the console by unplugging the power cord from the back of the console for 10 seconds, then plug it back in. Press and hold the Xbox button on the front of the console for 10 seconds to shut it down completely, then turn it back on. Do the same thing with your router/modem as well in order for your network connection to refresh.

And make sure that your console is running the latest system update. To check this, go to Settings > System > Updates to check for updates.

I have already tried resetting the console to factory settings several times. I also tried reinstalling the game. Nothing helps. The console has the latest updates installed, both the latest and the second latest.

After getting the 80151901 error a few times, I was eventually permitted to go online. Close mods.
