    Problem with the most recent update


    I'm having a problem with the most recent update for xbox one.

    It downloads the update, but there's an issue when the update is being "applied", and it all stops around 16%. This has happened for about 3 days in a row, and now it show an ERROR screen with a code that is not identifiable in the Microsoft Support section.
    The code is 0x8007045D 0X00000000 0x90060006.

    According to Microsoft's website the first part of the code is a commom error in the xbox 360, which makes no sense since I have an xbox one. The errro screen also gives me the option of try again, ignore it and be offline or to turn off the console, but
    no matter which option I choose, it starts to load and it never stops again. I'm freaking out by now. Has anyone experienced anything like that?

    Hey there!

    Nothing should go wrong with the offline system update since you are essentially applying this update while bypassing the network requirement of a reset but it does all the same what a normal factory reset would and at this point we should try all of the
    options on the table.

    If you follow that System update solution guide provided earlier, it should guide you through the whole process once you select "I need to update my console offline". Eventually you may need to try a full factory reset and if the issue continues you will
    then need to consider setting up the console for a repair.

    I tried the article before posting this and now again, and the options offered are not solving the problem. I think I should try an offline update? But I'm afraid something could go wrong.
