    Hey ToothyNest16329! Because this was recently purchased I would suggest taking the controller back to the retailer and having it swapped out. If you have further issues, please post back and let me know! problem with the left analog stick :)

    Hi,

    I have checked everything including the button layout and it's all correct (default). I tried switching controllers and my old controller worked fine.

    What shall I do? Do I need to return the whole console to the store I purchased the Xbox 360 from or do I just send the controller to you?

    I live in the UK.
