problem with the games with gold

I have a problem with the games with gold. I can download the Xbox One games on my Xbox One but whenever I try to download the free Xbox 360 games, it says buy for free and when i press it, it goes to a blue screen. Same with the Internet Explorer, it just
says go to the Xbox store and download it, which I obviously can't do.. I do not have a Xbox 360 in order to download the free Xbox 360 games with games with gold, so it can automatically pop up in my Install on the Xbox One. So my question is, "How do I download
the free Xbox 360 games without an Xbox 360?"

Nope not working for me either - the arcade games yes, but the 2 "Free with Gold" full games have prices still, and yes my gold account is current. Any ideas?

If you're trying to download them from the website, then you'll need to try downloading them from the console instead. The website has not been updated to work with the new currency system yet so it requires a payment method to be on file. If you download
it from the console it won't ask for one.

Sounds like you have a child account. At present the ONLY way to download the GWG Xbox 360 titles is on a Xbox 360.

Adult accounts can purchase the games from website and Xbox One with no issues.

About time Microsoft resolved this problem really.

Hi,

The game license was granted to you on your previous region now that you have a different region that license is no longer applies to your current region/account combo as long as you are not on the same region when you "purchased" it. It doesn't matter
if you have an IP from that region or not at the moment as long a your account is on different region that when you "purchased" the game.

I made purchase while in region. Got on my computer and queued it up so that when I got my 360 back I would have it.
