    Problem with the game code


    Hello, on 10.12. 2015 I bought original copy of Fallout 4 (DVD) from Mironet.cz. In the box is included code for download copy of Fallout 3 for free, but when I put the code to the store it says that code was already used. I contacted your chat support and
    they tell me that code was used on November 29, 2015, wich was before I bought it. Game was originaly packed.

    Code for Fallout 3 is [Mod Removed]

    Hmmm. Did you purchase the system from a store or online? Also, which country do you live in?

    I've seen this a lot when people import a console into another region--specifically ones that do not support Xbox LIVE. Redemption codes are region specific.

    Even if there is an error with the code, don't post codes on the forums. These are public forums so anyone can take them.

    You will need to contact the retailer you purchased it from to see if they will exchange the game for you.

    Once codes are used, they may never be used again.

    Codes are one time use only. So the games would be tied to your account. It is not possible to transfer ownership of digit content.

    Purchase History     for your Microsoft account, it could be that you've redeemed it on your account but the device used has not recognized it. If it does show up on your history, be sure to complete a

    power cycle     on your console.

    Unfortunately not as when the codes are used they are bound to your account so you would have to give over your account for them to use the games
    Which would violate the code of conduct/terms of service and put the account at risk for being banned.
