Problem with the disk entry

Hello, I'm having a problem at the entrance of disc and would like to know about a small thermal question.

Achievement Entry Problem

I downloaded the New Dash board update yesterday for the XBOX ONE and noticed a new entry on my achievement list, 'DESTINY BETA' i participated in Beta testing on the 360, after the Beta ended i deleted the Beta Download. Not long after i bought the xbox
one and bought destiny for the xbox one.

I have spoken to xbox support they seem to have no idea what i am talking about or even what beta is, or be able to remove it from my achievement list. I don't understand why this cannot be removed from my achievement list, i understand if is was a full
game with achievements and a score then fair enough it can't be removed. This is a beta test for Desting with no score or achievements.

I have clicked on it and i get this message 'Something Went Wrong there are no achievements for this game' No there is not any achievements because it is a *** Beta Test, its not a full game, if this message is coming up then surely this should not even
be there, specially as it was not there before update.

Previously on the 360 there used to be an option by pressing 'Y' i think it was to remove items with 'ZERO' score and on Xbox One items with no score seemed to be removed after a short while by themselves. Any Suggestions please?

I don't think you can, what I'm aware off. You mite get away with it in some game-stores but not 100% sure that you can. Good luck if you mange to fix it.

 

my xbox 360 is the old white with silver disc tray and it wont read read my black ops 2 and the disc is super clean and my warrenty is voided since my dad took my xbox apart to clean it and now it wont read any discs and it was fine yesterday since it read
my black ops 2 disc in 1 go and the rest of my games in 1 go and i am just really confused why my xbox wont read any discs anymore and it read newer games perfectly also does the 3 ring of death effect the disc reading since i have had my xbox have the 3 ring
of death 6 times and was fine until today so if anyone has any idea's to help me please message me and sorry for my lack of punctuation since i dont use grammar on the internet
