    I've already filled the credit card information in my account, but when I registered my xbox, and I went to click on it so I can solicite a repair, it keeps loading on "Recuperation of the eligibilty conditions". Sorry, I'm spanish, so if someone intrested
    in tell me what happens, I'll be appreciated.

    I think when you are in the Device Service & Repair web page if you select your Xbox One console then select the accessories and controller option you should be able to enter the controller serial number here.

    I have found that by clicking "use web pages fomatted for mobile devices" in Edge settings I can now use the sites that were causing problems.

    Also the scrolling to bottom of forum threads thing only happens when I am logged into the forum....it is not preference settings as I can log in with other devices and it does not happen.
