    Problem with the D-PAD of my XBOX ONE CONTROLLER


    Hello,

    I own a Xbox One Controller + Wireless Adapter for Windows and the D-PAD is not working very well. Actually it derive a little bit in a random direction and it is impossible to play correctly with this dysfunction. I tried also to calibrated it with joy.cpl
    but it didn't work.

    What are the steps in order to have it fixed ?

    I am french so sorry for my english.

    Covert Forces controller d-pad problems

    I just got the black Xbox One controller with the 3.5mm, and I'm also having problems with the D-pad. If I press the D-pad lightly it won't work like it should, I have to press the D-pad 2 or more times for it to respond. I shouldn't have to be applying
    a lot of pressure on the D-pad for the controller to work, the controller that came with my Xbox One did not have this problem. It seems like the new controllers with the 3.5mm headphone jack came out defective.

    Horrible Controller.

    Guys let me just be clear the problem is with the D-PAD and not the ABXY buttons.

    The d-pad sticks randomly in one direction and I have to go crazy on it to calibrate it lol.

    Also the d-pad is very retarded sometimes and moves in a direction different to what I pushed.

    for the xbox one it would be my elite controller love the weight and the rubberized grips, for the 360 was the controller that the d-pad spun from a d-pad to a disc I don't really play any other consoles so lol

    Its a controller problem. not a "Day One" controller problem. There are no differences between the controllers other than the marking and a silver D-pad. there is nothing different internally.
