Problem with the cross over of minecraft in PS4

Hi guys!

I just purchased Minecraft and it's given me the option of play for free over there and all I need it's my email address so I just "link" my email to Minecraft but when I tried to do it but every time I hit the option appear that something went wrong, I
don't know what can be done, is there a resolution for the problem already? it's for PS4

Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently experiencing difficulties with being able to log into your Microsoft account on the PS4 platform.

In this scenario, certain individuals have found favorable results upon signing in to their Microsoft account that they created on the Console Companion
app for mobile devices or on the Xbox website. This then prompts you to create a Gamertag if you haven't already, and once that is complete, you should be able to sign in to your account on your PS4.

So there is no cross save/purchases for Minecraft?

Such as purchases made on Xbox and pc don’t carry over to PS4?

Im having the same problem! It worked fine for three days after buying minecraft for ps4 and now i havent been able to play cross platform.

is your Minecraft up to date and is the other person on ps4 because I think they haven't done cross play for both of them yet only a select few games have cross play between Xbox and ps4
