When I change the code my Xbox One be freezed and then I go out to the menu and now I don't found the game and the code say It been changed

Lego Star wars clone wars download

Brought a new hard drive for my Xbox 360 came with a code to download full version of above game. Game did not fully download, says that there was a problem with the download. When we try to download it again, it tells us that the code has been redeemed
and cannot be used again. What can we do to get this game working?

Problem is even when you get a code , there is no download! Namco Bandai acknowledge the game is not adding to accounts and to find the game on the store to download it.... but there is no option to download it (UK store).

But you wanted instead to redeem the code in your granddaughter’s account?

Yeah....same problem: got the code and redeemed it but see no location to download the game from.

Yes, absolutely. I bought a download Xbox 360 code for Dead Red Redemption when it became BC for the Xbox One. I redeemed it on the console and downloaded it no problem. DLC codes for BC games will work too.
