    problem with the app


    Hello,

    The app constantly crashes, it doesn't save the daily challenges and it's annoying.

    In a day in order to finish the daily I have to reopen the app at least 67 times, not to mention that when on loading it freeze and then sudden crash.

    Problem with the Xbox app

    Hi,

    Network connection errors in Xbox App may occur if the app was blocked on Windows Firewall settings or your router settings.

    To resolve your concern, go to this

    and follow the suggested solutions so you can connect the Xbox App to the network.

    Changing some of your network settings can also help resolve your concern. To change the settings, follow the steps below:

    1. Press the Windows key on your keyboard, and then type Internet Options in the search box.
    2. Click the Connections tab, and then click on the LAN settings button.
    3. Uncheck Use a proxy server for your LAN, and then check Automatically detect settings.
    4. Click OK, and then click OK again to save the settings.
    5. Launch Xbox app and check if you were able to connect this time.

    Sorryrry if this isn't the right format I'm new to this. My Xbox app states I have no internet connection and won't let me through but I'm obviously connected and everything else on my pc works perfectly. I have reset network or something like that and it's
    been about 6 months of this. Any help?

    let us know if it helps. Sometimes something as simple as reinstalling the game will fix an issue like this.
