Problem with That Crew Games With Gold

I downloaded my game the day the promotion june 16 and the system gave me the trial versión of the game, delete my game and start again Download de game, it the same trial, disappear from my install list, as you can see my game its on my list of game in
my profile but when i try to Download again make the price impossible to Download, i send the complain to microsoft on chat support cant help me, ubisoft cant help me, someone had the same issues? Thanks i want my game.

Game Not Starting

but the problem is with the crew game only my other digital gamer working fine.i grab the crew game from games with gold but i dont have gold membership now.

 

Purchased a game less than a week ago on XBox Live and now it is offered free with Games with Gold.

I purchased "The Crew" and "The Crew: Wild Run" off of Xbox Live less than a week ago. I was browsing today and saw that "The Crew" is offered free with Games with Gold. Is there any way to get a refund on "The Crew" since I purchased it less than a week
ago and it is being offered free with Games with Gold?

Sounds like you either did one of two things downloaded the trial instead of the games with gold bt using the regular marketplace instead of the games with gold.tab

Or you queued the first free one trial but it wasn't available yet for free remember ms goes by gmt time it may have been June 16 in your area but not for.ms

You.wouldnt be able.to queue the download from the marketplace you have to queue it from your ready to install

Unfortunately noone can change the price for you neither support or.forums or.provide reimbursement
