Hello i have trubble with teredo i have try to reset old uppdate but i dont find it anyware on my pc i dont even find it on CMD

Problem with teredo

Hello, I am writing here because I have a problem. When I want to create a group and my friends join me, I can not communicate via this group and a message appears that my network prevents me from communicating with others. So I was in the network tab and here is what I have (screenshot) :

What can I do ? (already tested the tutorial on Le type NAT de l'application Xbox indique « Teredo is unable to qualify » (Teredo ne parvient pas à se qualifier) | Application Xbox sous Windows 10 but nothing helps)

Problem with teredo

Hi MrToma29,

Thank you for bringing this up. Normally, you should have a connection to Xbox Live for you to be able to play with your friends online. Regarding your concern, the error message, "Teredo is unable to qualify", under NAT type wants to know
inform you that your computer is having a problem with obtaining a Teredo IP address. Teredo is a networking protocol that’s used to establish secure communications between clients and servers and to facilitate connectivity between devices behind routers that
use network address translation (NAT). For us to resolve this issue, I suggest that you perform the solutions provided on this

link. The solutions are intended to fix your connection to Xbox Live server and to eliminate the error message.

Let us know how it goes after performing the aforementioned solutions. We'd be glad to further assist you.

Hi Victor,

Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry to hear about the Teredo issue.

Please try to perform a clean boot, this helps eliminate software conflicts that occur when you install a program or
an update or when you run a program in Windows 10. Here is the link on how to perform a clean boot.

The link above is in case the Teredo Adapter is not installed or not installed correctly.

Hi Victor,

I will list the steps below for the Clean boot:

Sign in to the computer as an administrator

Click
Start,
and type
msconfig

Select System Configuration from the search results
**ImportantIf the computer is connected to a network, network policy settings may prevent you from following these steps. We strongly recommend that you don’t use the System
Configuration utility to change the advanced boot options on the computer unless a Microsoft support engineer directs you to do this. Doing this may make the computer unusable.

On the Services tab of the
System Configuration dialog box, tap or click to select the
Hide all Microsoft services check box,

Tap or click Disable all.

On the Startup tab of the System Configuration dialog box, tap or click
Open Task Manager.

On the Startup tab in Task Manager, for each startup item, select the item and then click
Disable.

Close Task Manager.

On the Startup tab of the System Configuration dialog box, tap or click
OK, and then restart the computer.

Once the computer restarts in a clean boot environment, you
can follow
troubleshooting steps to install, uninstall, or run your application.
**Your computer may temporarily lose some functionality while in a clean boot environment, however that functionality will return when you
reset the computer to start normally after you have finished your troubleshooting.

It is not necessary to uninstall and reinstall the apps but it is recommended.

Thanks for your feedback and the additional information.

Are you getting an error like "cannot get Teredo ip" sometimes in the multiplayer test? Would you mind asking your provider if you are on a native IPv6 connection and if they maybe block the teredo tunneling protocol?

Because if you setup the one being in the DMZ and still get a strict NAT it maybe a problem with the teredo protocol.

As the 360 is not using the teredo tunneling protocol you do not experience any problems there and get an open NAT on it. Might be another indicator that this could be the problem.

Are you using wired connection?
Have you made any changes on your device prior to this concern?
Have you tried resetting your Network settings?

Meanwhile, the best solution to resolve this concern is to follow the troubleshooting steps provided on the link below:

If the issue persists, I suggest that you open your network ports using port forwarding. To do this, you may follow the steps on the link below under Open network ports using port forwarding. I also suggest that it would be best if you contact your Internet

You may want to try clearing the MAC address too. To do that just go to your network settings, click advanced network settings, alternate MAC address, select clear, then reset. Your console will restart at that point.
