Problem with "Teredo" (I am on PC)

I have been having issues trying to get Teredo to work. I have xbox gamepass on my PC and I wanted to play "Forza Horizon 5". I know that game had some issues and bugs with there servers, but others got to play online. I did however notice that my Teredo on xbox networking, shows that is "unable to qualify" and Server connectivity is "Blocked"

The only way I can play Forza Horizon 5 online is by playing on Cloud gaming, which sucks.

I have a TP Link AC1750 Router. I have tried the "fix it" and nothing, I have even tried all the trouble shooting for the Teredo and it still does not work. My windows is up to date as well. I have no VPNs.

Any thoughts on what is happening and a possible solution?

Are you using personal PC or work/company/school owned PC? Owners of personal PC can do some troubleshooting or ask for help to ISP about this issue. Meanwhile, work/company/school PC is restricted by IT admin to protect any business information thus, contacting them is a must.

We have here listed below the suggested troubleshooting you may perform. Before you perform any steps, please read the note.

Note:

Make sure your PC and Xbox apps are updated.

Disable or temporary turn off any antivirus, antimalware, firewall, VPN and PC Optimizers.

Back up registry before modifying any keys - How to back up and restore the registry in Windows.

Create system restore point - Create a system restore point.

Thank you for the response. I found out it was my router that for some reason has stopped working with teredo, I am assuming this because I am currently at a different location with my PC and it seems to work fine and no problems with teredo, but i still cant seem to find teredo on device manager even after try to add it back through the "add leagacy" option. So what I am going to do is try to get the wifi fixed ot switch to a different plan.

Same issue here... Tried everything. Started september 9.. I have a One S and exactly the same problem.. On PC teredo works fine and I have open NAT... Same network and same router..

Console lost teredo connection 9th of september.. NAT unavailable

PC (Windows 10): Teredo, Open NAT, all works fine.

Forza Horizon 4 - Teredo service problem on PC.

Read this if you have a Xbox Networking problem on your Windows PC

Message : 'Teredo is unable to qualify' , and 'Service Connectivity' is blocket in Xbox Companion Console.

For everyone who follows the troubleshooting steps on https://support.xbox.com/ , when you c'nt play Multiplayer an Xbox game on PC.

It can helps when you :

Reset your Modem/Router after each step, and see of the problem is gone.

I followed the steps 5 and 6 for solution the Teredo and Service problem, and after that, I reset my Modem/Router.

Now I was able to play Multiplayer in Forza Horizon 4 on my PC.
