    Problem with system updates


    It shows error code 0×80070570 0×00000000 0×00000301 when I try to system update and when I clear local games in storage or delete the games it shows updating but the progress bar remains grey and it doesn't move

    I've already clarified with my network provider and they said the problem wasn't on their side so I'm not sure now.

    Currently I play on a Xbox one with installing stuff on the internal storage.

    Have you tried clearing your cache.

    Sign in on your console and on the 'Home' hub of the dashboard and scroll to the far right, then select the 'Settings' hub.

    Then select the 'System' tile in the upper left.

    From here scroll down x2 and select 'memory.'

    Highlight the HDD and press 'Y', then select 'clear system cache.'

    (A message will pop up saying 'This will perform maintainance on your xbox 360 storage device, do you want to continue?'

    Select 'Yes.'

    Now that you've cleared the cache, pop a game in your console and install the update when prompted. You will need to

    perform this for every title you play after clearing, but it should only be the once per title now (unless future

    updates are released)

    Hi there! Sorry to hear on what happened to your issue. You can directly try offline update by following the steps here:

    support.xbox.com/.../system-updates-solution

    "Reset this console" option via keep games and apps usually works and you don't need USB flash drive for this step! Please tell us what happened.
