    Problem with System Update on Xbox 360


    Hi, I'm having problem with my Xbox 360 Slim console.

    It was working fine until few days ago when my profiles all got deleted and whenever I start up the game console it prompted me to do a system update. However, when I try doing an update errors occurred saying my storage isn't enough and needed at least
    190MB space. I have an internal HD of 250GB which I barely use. When I checked the storage, my HD isn't displayed on the menu as well.

    I've tried to format the HD but error keeps popping up.

    I tried signing into my Xbox Live account and it also couldn't work....even when internet connection works fine.

    I've also tried removing my HDD and power on and off and re-insert it in but still same problem occurred.

    Please advise what can I do next? Thanks!

    Hello there. This type of code suggests that there was a problem with a system update.

    -

    After looking through
    support.xbox.com/.../software-update-errors     for your code, it appears that there was a problem downloading a system update from Xbox Live.

    -

    You can either try the update again later or update your console via USB. More info on alternate update methods can be found here.
