Problem with Synch on Xbox One affecting 3 games

I have 3 games now that will not synch

Forza 5 (roughly 80 % complete) gets to 75% and will not go further

Forza Horizon 2 (roughly 75% complete) gets to 82% and will not go any further

Project Cars gets to 68% and will not go further

these files are only 50mb 40mb and 10 mb in size yet i have spent countless hours now trying to get my saves from the cloud

local copies are gone because i tried the reset system option

if they are corrupt how are we as users supposed to know if they are or are not

project cars as its new and all am not worried so much about restarting but i had a lot of time in my other 2 games

my question is can i get copies of my cloud saves sent to me or is there a server to download them from ???

if it was a possible option to load on usb and get them back on my system that would work

Losing saved game data

My understanding is your progress is always saved to the Cloud. When you relaunch the game there is a point in the beginning of the game loading up where the XBox One is synching with the cloud. I have noticed on a couple of games that if you try and start
the game too soon it will not synch and you could lose progress. I always wait for the cloud synch before starting my game session. If you get a synch error I would suggest quitting the game and hard reset your XBox One. I keep my XBox One in power saving
mode which seems to be the safest way to keep your XBox One in a good state. It will take the XBox One longer to boot up in power save mode though.

unable to synch xbox one games and load saved data? is any one else having problems synching

 

Finally after numerous attempts Forza 5 was able to load still working on the other 2 games though

If i get these back i am turning cloud crap off forever (if i can)

 

Okay these threads appear unread by anyone so my latest rant is why with the latest update can we not play our games offline anymore? what a joke microsoft guess we wont be spending any more cash on games we cant play anymore (unless you have internet 24/7)

Hello Cyclone62, try this, hold down the power button on your xbox until it turns off, unplug it from the wall, leave it off for about 1 minute, plug it back in, turn it on. once its on go to your settings, go to your network settings > advanced settings
> Alternate MAC adress > clear, it should prompt you to restart, after it restarts see if its working.
