Problem with suppory to send a controller

I'm waiting for a controllersent to warranty to in europe for more than 3 weeks is it normal????

i bought 1600 MS points 4 days ago and none

it usualy can take 48 hours but it has passed that by now contact micosoft suppory

Left analog stick now drifts.

I got this problem on my controller after about 8 months. You need to send it back to Microsoft and they will send a replacement. Have done it over live chat with x-box team.

Three weeks sounds a little long, but warranty repairs often take a while.

I think the US takes 2-3 weeks. Over in Europe, I'm not too sure.
