    Problem with subscription on an old Account


    Hello, i want to report a problem about my old Xbox account going by the gamertag "DE4THANG3L90".

    The problem ist that it still has a running Xbox live gold subscription that is still monthly paid and i can't get my acces to the account back(i't seems no longer linked with the e-mail adress), i CAN "log into" said account on my Xbox 360 but only in offline-mode(console
    logging in automatically upon starting). Since i have a new account i only wish to cancel the subscription(which should be possible, right?) and not retrieve that account.

    Just to make it absolutly missunderstandable, i have absolute NO acces to the account except with the auto-login with my 360 console which is completly useless because i can't access the account-management from there because i can't switch to online(+the e-mail
    address displayed in the upper corner is without a doubt not the one i used for said account, which made retrieving it impossible at this point).

    Thank you for taking your time reading this, i wish this problem can be resolved soon(it's starting to get a little bit too expensive to be something i can laugh about)

    Xbox Live Gold Subscription

    Well, if they use the same network for the old accounts (if they create a new one for the new console, i think they will lose a lot of buyers) the most correct line of thought would be following the previous subscription model. But they could at least change the price of that thing!

    If you can't access the account you may wish to contact the Xbox support team using the link below and select the option to "CHAT WITH XBOX SUPPORT" or "Request a phone call" and as long as you can answer the security questions they ask about this account
    you should hopefully be able to get them to turn the gold subscription off on this account.

    On the 360 gold subscriptions will only work on the account they were added to. So you would need to add a gold subscription to the old account in order to play online.
