Problem with streaming in “my videos and tv”

I did a quick search with your specific error and found the following information.

you can uninstall and reinstall the Movies & TV app. Your movie collection will not be removed by following these steps:

To return to the home screen, press the Xbox button to open the guide and select Home.

Scroll to the right and select My games and apps.

Scroll down to Apps and highlight the Movies & TV tile.

Press the Menu button on your controller and select Uninstall.

On the confirmation screen, select Uninstall all.

Restart your console: press the Xbox button to open the guide, scroll down to Settings and select Restart console. Select Yes on the confirmation screen.

After the console restarts, scroll right to the Store area and scroll down and select Browse movies.

On the store page, scroll down and select My Movies & TV.

Select Install to download and install the Movies & TV app.

Same problem here, but it says my TV is incapable of displaying in 4K at all, no streaming, no upscaling, no BR/video.

There's nothing wrong with my router. My smart TV that the Xbox 360 is connected to works fine. It can stream videos without any issues. Also, a DVD player with built-in Wi-Fi connected to the TV works fine and it can stream videos. I did a speedtest from
my PC and I am getting 25Mbps upload and download, so my internet connection is fine. The Xbox 360 is the problem. My network settings don't need any changing. Like I said, it used to work fine a few months ago, then after an Xbox software update, streaming
broke. The problem is Microsoft's, not mine.

the fact is that I generally use the console only for tv streaming (Netflix, Prime Video, Now Tv, TV) or BluRay player and not for gaming. I can't select 4k resolution on Xbox, while there are no problems with the Nvidia Shield (which however doesn't support
the same tv streaming of Xbox). I don't understant the different behaviour of the two consoles.

I have the same problem. I just purchased a Xbox One S the video goes out for a second or two while anything is done movies, games or stream/cast etc. My TV is a M70-D3, when I stream straight to the TV it works without an issue. I just purchased a Samsung
UBD-K8500 to help test this, streaming, playing 4k or even 4k hdr media works no issue at all. Switch cables / or go back to the xbox and guess what-my video starts to blink every few minutes. Really looks to be a One S issue.
