    Problem with xbox store

    I was trying to buy Naruto ultimate ninja storm 3 and it only shows the demo version, i looked up in stores in my country and it was available, is theres a problem with the game or is it my console.

    I want to buy far cry 5 but the Xbox store isn’t working,even since a couple of days.

    In the store It said i should go to the support so could you help me?

    Hey there FleischSee!

    Super odd that you're not able to navigate the Xbox Store. Since this first began, have you given your Xbox One a full power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until it shuts off completely? Let us know how it goes!

    Gaming and updates and everything else working. Have reset machine via system and via holding xbox button down and unplugging, reset router too?

    please double check if using a Debit card is supported by your country, since not all countries it is a supported payment method.

    Also be sure to check if you can add it as payment option via
    http://account.microsoft.com/

    it might also give more information why it isn't working.

    The problem with store

    There are currently problems with Live on the backend which is affecting items in the online store for the 360. The Xbox team is currently working to resolve it - the only thing that you can do for now is patiently wait until it is fixed.
