Problem with staying signed in and WiFi disconnection

I am a very dissapointed buyer. I have had this problem with my xbox that kicks me off my wifi and my xbox account for no reason. I keep attempting to contacting Xbox support but all they do is help you “set it up” and all that useless ****. All I get from
this is complaining to other people instead of plain help. I have no choice but to call my product just another piece of junk in my house unless someone out there can actually get me help.‍♂️

so I ask anyone who will answer, how do I fix this?

Set up your console with a wired ethernet cable to your network hardware for the best connection while you do the initial setup of the console.

If you want to use WiFi after setup you can, but be aware that WiFi is subject to signal interference and may be detrimental to your overall enjoyment if you lose connectivity to the network.

Try disconnecting your Xbox from the internet whether it be wired or wireless and power cycle your console. Sign back into your wifi and the problem should be solved.

So far, from what I've been gathering, it only seems to disconnect once a day (if at all) and doesn't stay disconnected for all that long. Not a big problem for me, really. I'm just glad that I'm not getting disconnected within a minute everytime I sign-in
now.
