    ok so when we launch fifa 18 or netflix our tv loses the source but we still have sound so it doesnt turn off xbox. Xbox support say it could be a OS update problem and have told me to contact preview team

    If we turn HDR off on the tv it works

    For sure you say? I haven't had a problem with loading apps in Call of Duty, streaming Netflix or Prime, and the only time I've had any connectivity issues is when it's been down for maintenance, or FIFA 14 has completely crashed my network.

    Same problem. Tried removing account, hard restart plus disconnect from power. Fortnite and fifa 18 (downloaded) got same error but netflix worked. Switched to a different account and works fine.

    try re downloading fifa i had the same problem. delete fifa 18 then reinstall
