    PROBLEM WITH SOUND


    I recently got a free copy of Minecraft Windows 10 Edition because I bought the java version. I downloaded it, and everything works perfectly. But, whenever I go to any server, there's no sound, BUT, there's music. All of my audio options
    are at 100%, keep in mind that single player has sound.

    Help me...

    hi i just brought this game but i have been having sound issues when play online 11 v 11 and someone talks through there headset the sound keeps dipping it goes low when they stop talking it goes high again is this normal

    I noticed this too, I just thought it was so you could hear the chat more clearly, it also happens on Turtle Beach headsets.

  4. PROBLEM WITH SOUND

    Hey there IdealShark2,

    It sounds like there could be a driver issue on your computer actually, have you checked to see if all of your Sound Card Drivers are up to date and working properly? Try these steps to see if it helps.

    Solution 1: Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter, and check if the issue is resolved.



    Step 1: Type Troubleshooting in the search box next to Start button, and press Enter.

    Step 2: Click on View all from left side panel of the screen.

    Step 3: Select Hardware and Devices, click on NEXT, and check Apply repairs automatically option.

    Step 4: Follow the on screen instructions.



    Solution 2: If the issue persists, run the Playing audio troubleshooter, and check if the issue is resolved.



    Step 1: Type Troubleshooting in the search box next to Start button, and press Enter.

    Step 2: Click on View all from the left side panel of the screen.

    Step 3: Select Playing Audio, click on Advanced option, and check Apply repairs automatically option.

    Step 4: Follow the on screen instructions.



    If those solutions don't fix the issue, try uninstalling and reinstalling sound card driver, and see if that helps.

    Hey there,

    Some apps such as YouTube do not support surround sound on Xbox One. If some games & apps work with surround sound, while specific apps do not, the best route to take will be to reach out to the developers of those specific apps to inquire about possible
    surround sound support.
