  1. Problem with Solitaire Collection Challenge


    I have been playing the Event challenges. I notice that sometimes the time displayed for when I finish a specific challenge is different from what is added to my time in the rankings.
    On 05-22-18, I played the challenge. I kept track of my times as displayed when I finished each game in the challenge and the times posted in the rankings. The total time I recorded for the entire challenge was 37:48 minutes faster than what was shown for
    my final ranking. In one case, I finished a game in 1:35 and yet my ranking showed that I had taken 20:10!! In another instance I finished in 21 seconds, but my ranking showed that it was 51 seconds. What gives? The discrepancies ranged from 9 seconds to 18:35
    minutes for the 30 games.

  2. Failure to credit coins after completing a challenge.

    Microsoft Solitaire Collection '' Daily Challenge. After attaining the Diamond Badge the game does not credit me with coins after completing further challenges.

  3. Spider Solitaire not working. Stacks won't move.

    Have uninstalled/reinstalled Microsoft Solitaire Collection in order to try to fix the problem that the card stacks in Spider Solitaire daily challenge, will no longer move. Stacks move, so far, fine in the Spider random games.That's the first problem.

    The second problem is that, after reinstalling the Solitaire Collection (and not having the stack problem corrected), my Premium membership no longer blocks the ads.

    So I ran the Windows app store troubleshooter and was told the cache was broken. (I think that's what it said.) No further suggestions given.

    I have the Solitaire Collection installed on 1 other device. So far only one, this one, Dell 5000 Series, Inspiron 15 with Windows 10 has the glitches.

    Any suggestions?

    Yup. same here. I've noticed a problem. And some the times posted for top 10 places would be nearly impossible to obtain.

  5. I have noticed similar 'errors'. In addition, on some days I have 5hrs added to my time, usually when I do not complete all of the games at one sitting.

  6. I think the 5 hours plus time is because there's a bug in the software which causes it to carry on counting if you log out from a game directly without going back to the 'home' screen.

    I get the inaccurate time log too. Just posted about it without looking at previous posts <facepalm>

  7. I have noticed this also. Did the first three challenges today. Went all the way back to the Collection Home screen and shut down my computer. After work I finished the rest. It added the 9 hours I was off the computer to my total time. Tried linking to
    the "Live Chat" support from the link I got to through support in Solitaire, but it hooked me up to the Xbox not Windows 10 help. It's getting frustrating when you actually have good times in the game.

    similar, hard on the time standing. My problem occurs when a particular challenge is started but not completed. Stop and leave Microsoft Solitaire Collection entirely or go and compete in another challenge. The additional time accumulates and posts when
    the unfinished challenge is finally completed.

    I think the 5 hours plus time is because there's a bug in the software which causes it to carry on counting if you log out from a game directly without going back to the 'home' screen.
