    Problem with signing in on xbox and I need some help


    So I wanted to reset my xbox to get rid of a glitch and I rested to it to keep my apps and games when apparently I turned my xbox back on and I couldn't log back in, it wouldn't let me put my email in or anything I dont know what to do
