    I'm having trouble getting the xbox live gold subscription, either through the website or console when comfirmação payment will be made is a message telling me to choose another payment option is at the site by the console appear .. since then I've
    been trying to buy the live gold but always the same problem occurs on the site and on the console.

    Problems with my gold signature

    Hi

    I have the following problem with my gold signature:

    When I try to download the free gold game it shows me that I have to buy a gold signature first, the problem is I have a gold signature (that was renewed this month, I have an one year subscription that is automatically renewed).

    Can Microsoft support help me?

    Forum signature problem.

    As you can see below were there is suppose to be a image that says "Xbox LIVE Ambassador", there is just a blank. Did someone forget to enable images on the forums or is there a problem with the servers?

    what could be going on is a block by the financial institution you could call support so they can take a look at your accnt and verify that it is a risk block 1-800-4MYXBOX

    or you could just go buy a prepaid car and buy your memberships like that.

    Also by any chance have you tried with a diff cc that the one you are using??

    That number is for the U.S./Canada so you need to phone support for your region.

    Not all credit/debit cards are accetpted on live so that could be the problem.

    When I try to enter they ask me a security code but nothing appears in my email.

    That number is for the U.S./Canada so you need to phone support for your region.

    Signature problems.

    OK - remembered how to do it....go to Forum Preferences on your account. The signature. You MUST right-click in the window/box (like you would for copy/paste in a word document) and select "Insert/Edit". Then insert the link. A box will come up. Click save.
    Some blurb will come up but click save. Then save the whole thing....let me know how you get on. BTW if you play Battlefield the following link is where I got mine from:
