Problem with sign in xbox app on PC

We would like to ask if you were having issues signing into Xbox Game Bar does it also crash?

May we know if you have installed antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall or PC optimizer? Please disable or turn it off.

Suggested troubleshooting:

Run troubleshooter

Launch Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot, or select the Find troubleshooters shortcut at the end of this topic.

Select the type of troubleshooting you want to do, then select Run the troubleshooter.

Allow the troubleshooter to run and then answer any questions on the screen. If you see a message that no changes or updates were necessary, you can try recovery options, or find out more about Outlook error codes and upgrade and installation error codes.

Sign out to Microsoft Store, Xbox apps.

Restart device and turn off/disable antivirus, antimalware, VPN, firewall or PC optimizer.

Launch Microsoft Store and Xbox app (try to sign in).

Then, reset the Microsoft Store:

Press the Windows key +R

Type WSReset.exe and press Enter.

Restart your PC.

Afterwards, please, download the Gaming Services Repair tool:

https://aka.ms/GamingRepairTool

Once downloaded, execute the file by right-clicking on it and selecting Run as Administrator.

Follow the prompts and check if the issue was resolved.

Moving on from there, reset your network settings:

Please, follow these steps:

Press Windows Key + X > Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced Network Settings > Network Reset > Reset Now.
