Problem with shipping!

Hi! I wonder if it is possible to ship xbox controllers from the xbox design lab to Europe, Sweden?

Hey there Noodles! If it is behaving normally now, I wouldn't worry too much. However, if you feel your console was damaged by UPS, I would contact them right away to file a claim with them. You can also set up a repair through us if you would like (support.xbox.com/.../repair-process).

Shipping Problem?

well I recently just shipped my xbox through usps because I was moving across state to a relative and didn't have room in my luggage to take it with me, so when I got it today at first the disc reader was making weird sounds and said it couldn't read anything
but few minutes later no noise it was quiet and worked perfectly.

So i was wondering if i should still be worrying I don't know if it was really damaged during the process or because the weather and the fact that my xbox was freezing outside.

And yes I do have insurance on it.

 

Design Labs is currently not available in Sweden, but they just added a few more countries and more European countries should be added in the next few months so keep an eye out to see if it comes to Sweden.
