Problem with saved games

Im having the same issue but Ive been playing Red Dead 2. Every hour or so it alerts me that there’s a problem with my saved games and Ive done all the resets and am constantly clearing out my local saved games. It just started happening a week ago and
its incredibly frustrating to have to clear my games every hour in order to contiue making chunks of progress at a time.

I tried that yesterday and when that didnt work i even did a full factory reset. (Luckily most of my games were on an external hard drive) After talking to a customer support rep the last thing i have to try is an offline update. If that doesnt work
then it looks like i have a $400 lemon

If the issue does persists then the original underlying problem could be on the OS of the console itself (perhaps a failed or corrupted update). In order to clear
the actual OS of the console so we would suggest a

Soft Factory Reset (while keeping games and apps) IF AND ONLY IF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA IS MET:

There is a stable network connection.
The information for all profiles is known (email and passwords)

Once the setup is complete it will ask if we want to keep settings or manual setup lets do manual setup. Give it a shot and let us know of any changes!

Thanks for replying to keep us updated. When it comes to syncing your saves back up with the cloud, that means you are re-syncing your profile with our cloud (basically a bunch of servers used for storage). Here are some other articles that you may find
helpful in this situation:

One thing you may wish to try is removing your profile from the console, restarting the console and then re-adding your profile back onto the console to re-sync the information. Just be sure that you know your log in information (email & password) before

I have not had any recent updates.

There are more than 2gb free on each storage device.

I cleared my system cache.

I downloaded my profile again (and was signed in).

None of that has helped

[/quote]Have you connected to Xbox LIVE recently for any necessary updates? How much space is left on your storage devices? Have you tried

clearing your system cache and
downloading your Xbox LIVE profile again? Are you sure you are signed into the account that is the owner of the game save content?
