Problem with running Borderlands 3

Hello,

Last year I bought digital version of Borderlands 3 as a gift for my wife. She reedemed the code using our Xbox One X, and everything was fine, she was able to log in on her account and play the game.

Unfortunately, after migration to Series X, B3 is no longer usable on her account, but I can run it on my main account, then (in-game) switch active player and play the game. But this is not very comfortable scenario, my wife would like to log in using her
controller and just play the game

Any help would be appreciated.

I dug deeper, and I found answer...

My wife was logged on my account, she only switched player profile. So code was redeemed on my account.

I found workaround for this situation.

Borderlands 3 is running some halloween events

I have the same problem not only playing the game but streaming it on mixer and crashing my stream. I Play other games and it runs fine , My problems with Borderlands 3 started a few updates ago had another one this morning .
