Problem with RT button, was changed to other button

The RT button was amulating the LT, I press RT and in the games learn that i press LT. For example i play a shooter like SW Battlefront 2 and when i want to use the sight and shoot, the LT and RT buttons do the same, uses the sight! Any solution?

When i tried to play PES 2016 on PC, the controller of X1, show me the RT press all the time, and when i tried to calibrate by windows tool, show me the same, the Axis Z always activate, what i can do?

If this is on your Xbox One console please launch the Xbox Accessories and then select Configuration and then Restore Original to see if this resolves the problem for you.
