In order for support to check your account, you'd want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum. Keep in mind that in order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least
1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates.

Problem With Rewards Points

Hi, I've been having a problem with my rewards points not being deposited when I buy games on the xbox store, so it's pretty much like I bought a game without being rewarded for it and getting some sort of rewards points back from that purchase. Every time
I log into my xbox live rewards account my balance on my points always says 0, when I've been making at purchases lately at least one a month or so. It's been frustrating me because the point of this program is to get rewarded for your purchases or the things
you do on your xbox, if that's the case I rather just buy my games on an actual retail store. Can I get some sort of assistance to know what's going on here or if i'm doing something wrong. Thanks...

All Xbox Live Rewards offers are only for Xbox Live Rewards members. Since your purchase was made while not enrolled in the program, you would not be entitled to any Rewards Credits. Furthermore, we see that your Microsoft Account is set to the South African
region. Since South Africa is not a Rewards member, you can not join the program. You can confirm your region from your commerce account at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).

There was no deposit scheduled for the 15th. The first deposit for this month took place on the 9th. So if you had requested a deposit on the 9th, they will be deposited with the end of the month deposit which will take place in a few days.

Hello Drei1994,

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. Since you only hit the 5000 Credit amount required for a automatically scheduled deposit on the 16th, your deposit should occur with this month's mid-month deposit. Since you have been automatically scheduled for a deposit, there is no
need to request one manually, so that button has been removed.
