    PROBLEM WITH REQUESTING CONTROLLER REPLACEMENT


    Hi - my controller is under warranty but the page to request a replacement won't load. I can't get hold of anyone at Xbox Support and have been trying for several days. Pls can anyone help? Thanks

    I have a xbox elite 2 with a rb double click and im ready to stop buying from microsoft completely. Have they fixed the hardware on the controller or have they provided an update yet?

    If you're having a hardware problem with your controller you can Request an Xbox controller replacement. This is not a guarantee that they will
    be able to replace it as this all depends on the controllers warranty.

    If you are having problems through the site then go ahead and Contact Xbox Support by requesting a callback or requesting to chat with an agent for further assistance.
