    I can't redeem my 48 hr gold membership. It keeps saying I already have gold when I obviously don't why would I be doing this if I didn't. Can I use the code or not.

    You do not currently have a gold membership. If you are trying to add the code from the console and cannot please try redeeming the code from the website here.

    Keep in mind that if its says 48 hour "trial" and you've already used a trial subscription, you won't be able to redeem another trial.

    Can you post a photo of any errors you are seeing and describe in detail what happens when you try to redeem the game?

    Let's also have you
    remove your profile from the console    ,
    power cycle the console    , and then sign back in and try once more.
