Problem with redeeming Gears of war 3 code.

I bought and played on Gears of war Ultimate edition so i can receive the entire gears of war collection for backwards compatibility.

I indeed received the code (gears1, 2, 3 and judgement) and i redeemed them and downloaded the games. the only game code that didnt work is the gears 3 codes. I already contacted the support and chatted with them and they told me that most likely there is
a problem with the code, because all the other codes worked but not gears 3 code.

To clarify, are you having issues redeeming your Gears of War 3 code as stated in the title, or are you still in need of Gears of War codes?

If you're having problems redeeming Gears of War 3, please post back the error code you receive so we can look further into the issue.

Gears of War Remastered Beta Not Downloading.

xbox live status says gears of war 3 is having problems redeeming tokens, is it a code for gears 3 or gears 4 beta?

 

im having the same problem except i never received my codes for 1 2 and 3 its very dissapointing

I dont think i's about the region because gears 1, 2 and judgement codes worked just fine.
