    Problem with redeeming codes


    Hello. I'm not sure if I'm posting this issue in the right section, if not please tell me where to post it. Here's the issue: today I fired up my very first Xbox 360 and I wanted to enjoy my very first purchase, Dead Rising Collection, but when I tried to
    redeem the DLC codes included in the package something went wrong. There are 2 codes in the Collection,, one for Case Zero and one for Case West, but for some reason I could redeem only one of them (Case West), everytime I try to redeem the other one it says
    the code is not valid. How is this possible? I bought the game brand new some days ago. Please help me.

    Sorry to hear it. What is the code for? My research online suggests that error code means that content has been delisted from the service.

    Problem With Redeeming Code

    Hi there,

    Remeeming errors can be caused by issues on the account itself. Be sure to check if your billing information is correct at
    http://billing.microsoft.com and also check
    http://account.microsoft.com/services for any outstanding amount issues, these need to be sorted prior to being able to redeem codes.

    After that try redeeming the code on both xbox console and via xbox.com/redeemcode

    Also check that the Xbox Live account , the console and code all match region wise, using different regions for any of them cause issues too.

    If you can't find anything wrong and it is still not working, best thing to do is to contact official Xbox Support via Phone or Microsoft Support Chat at
    Contact Us | Xbox Support they can do a more indepth look into this issue.

    Problem with redeeming codes

    Go to this site: https://redeem.microsoft.com/enter?ref=xboxcom

    Make sure you're logged in with the Microsoft Account associated to the GamerTag for which you want to redeem the code and try there; see if that helps resolve your issue.

    I have no idea why but it looks like the code worked in that link! Really weird, is there an explanation to this? Did I do something wrong during the redeeming process on console or it depends on something else? Anyway, thanks a lot!

    If the season ticket is a code that can be redeemed, you may still encounter problems with redeeming that code. Because if the code is region locked, you wont be able to redeem it on your account

    I had the same problem, the solution is to go to the microsoft official website and redeem the code there, the problem is from the xbox one in the option of "Redeem code 2".
